We’ve had to change the way we work in the face of COVID-19, like every person and company in Ireland. Feabhas Racing’s identity has always been that of a responsible and prudent team. Directly after the school closures on the 12th of March, we switched to an entirely virtual meeting format in anticipation of further measures to curb the spread of the virus. As such, we were prepared for the near-total shutdown that occurred on the 17th of March, having already adapted to our new situation. We set up a bi-weekly team meeting, as well as task group and department meetings daily. This ensured we maintained a high level of productivity, and are able to maintain the Feabhas seal of quality.
